Business Development/ Recruiter - Remote
Position Overview

There are more than 1.5 million nonprofit organizations in the US! Use your business development skills to successfully identify, qualify, and secure client relationships and prospective candidates for professional roles in nonprofit organizations throughout the country. Put your sales acumen, tenacity and success orientation to work! Use your business savvy, and technical skills to take advantage of the tools, experience, and support available to build success.
Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain prospective client pipeline
  • Develop client relationships through diverse business development tactics
  • Utilize various recruitment methodologies to identify and engage prospective candidates
  • Display professional phone and video interactions with candidates and clients
  • Utilize office communication tools ensuring maximum opportunities between team members
  • Record client and candidate information, maintaining integrity of CRM/ATS
  • Manage interview process from initial resume submittal, offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Research and maintain awareness of industry trends
  • Professional social media engagement
  • Effectively write compelling email communications
Requirements
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Track record of business success
  • Professional staffing experience a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to conduct effective online research
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Excellent written communication skills to engage and build interest
  • Developed time management, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and develop long term relationships
  • Entrepreneurial drive and tenacity to actively participate in a growth-oriented company
  • Ultimate customer service orientation
