Develop Search Strategy
- Design search parameters to yield a diverse and inclusive pool of candidates
- Conduct expansive outreach using varied search modalities
- Leverage candidate and client contacts to source referrals for suitable candidates

Screening/Interviewing
- Identify and construct a slate of potential candidates
- Contact potential candidates to present the job opportunity succinctly and assess their skills, background, experience, and alignment with the organization’s mission
- Evaluate and ensure alignment with salary expectations and work environment preferences (in-office, hybrid, or remote)
- Gain a detailed understanding of each candidate’s career experience, personality style, and professional trajectory, weighing these factors against the role’s requirements
- Assess genuine interest and enthusiasm for the opportunity

Presenting Candidates
- Develop a shortlist of candidates to present to the client
- Engage in comprehensive discussions with the client about the presented candidates
- Recalibrate search criteria as necessary based on detailed client feedback

Interviews / Offer
- Arrange all meetings between candidates and the client
- Collect and discuss feedback from candidates and clients post-interview
- Provide continuous client and candidate support throughout the process
- Maintain active communication with candidates to inform them of their status, gauge their interest, and communicate any candidate updates to the client

References and Offer Management
- Conduct thorough external reference checks for top candidates
- Present reference findings to the client for inclusion in the decision-making process
- Manage the offer stage, ensuring clear communication and alignment between the client and candidate

Post-Search Communication
- Maintain communication with both the candidate and client post-placement to ensure a smooth transition
